The time is coming,
I can feel it at last.
It's drawing ever closer,
Ill soon be home.

It's all I think about.
It's al that I am.
Everything I want to be
Is within the reach of my hands.

One silent night
When I feel too low.
I'll know that he has arived
And like jewels my eyes will glow.

I'll see him standing in the door.
A ghostly white shadow.
The spectre at the feast.
He'll take my hand.
I'll let go.

OK....First of all great poem :)Now,even if you dont believe in an after life or what have you...don’t mean that you die and that’s the end off all this life,meaning you might die but you could be still facing all the horrid things you face now.Don't wish for death.It tends to come soon enough...and don't you dare say it hasn't/isn't coming soon enough!:p *pinch* lol...Alright enough of the bible bashing xP No offence meant to anybody!

Sad
This poem makes me sad because this morning my great grandmother pass away. I miss her so much. And what is so hard is that I never got to say good bye. Remember your loved ones and keep them near to your hearts and they will never forget and you will never forget. Love God and you will then love yoursleves.
