Looking into the mirror
I watch tears roll down my face
The happy times we shared together
Have gone without a trace

Each memory comes back to me slowly
Falling like a grain of sand
Of the time we used to laugh together,
kiss, and hold each other's hand

I had fallen into your arms
And embedded you in my heart
If only you knew how much I loved you
Maybe we wouldn't have drifted apart

I see you in the halls at school
Walking with a friend
And when you don't look at me
I wish my life would end

At night I lay in bed and cry
As I slowly drift to sleep
I picture your face, surrounded by light
The love I have for you is still deep
