Slow Down

Author: Pondering Red
Slow down -
not too fast now -
You're racing faster
than the budding blue flowers
poking through the earth,
faster than the craziness in the world,
faster than time-
you time traveler-
Slow down-
come back
to earth.
This day seems kind
so far.
We'll roam
around town.
We'll roll
into music of a softer age
or so we thought-
Well
illusion
can be pretty
darn good
and soothing
and let's play
in the spring tranforming parks
and throw a frisbee-
animation
gliding
in the motion of this moment.
You're allright.
We could smile together,
enjoy some synchronicity,
some free-spiritedness-
So slow down boy.
Bring your punch and pizzazz
back a few steps.
Let's
Be Here together.
