The Poem Bee
18 April, 2005
Author: Capricorn
It swoops among the flower beds
extracting nectar from their heads
to stimulate my dormant muse,
then hums inside my hive and spreads
the inspiration to be fed
across my page with vibrant hues.
My sweet imagination grows;
eventually a poem flows.
