Dreams Do Come True
25 April, 2005
Author: Marissa T
I watched her as she passed me on her speeding bike
Her blond, gorgeous, hair would curl so delicately
when the wind zoomed in her face
It was like a Shirley Temple girl,
so pretty and so bright
“Hello older girl!” I screamed with my lungs
“Hello,” she said back in a beautiful voice
I said to myself “I wish that girl was me”
And then, 10 years later,
I could feel the wind zoom
in my face as I rode down a hill
And my blond, gorgeous, hair would curl up like an elephants tail
I yelled as I felt the wind
“My dream came true because I wished
And if you wish,
Your dream might come true to.”
