Wanting More
3 February, 2004
Author: Clive B Ringshall
Sitting alone, with a coffee for warmth,
Thoughts of your teasing touch come to mind,
Baby I’m so into your way,
Would I be too forward to ask could this be?
A love than will last beyond the fires embers,
Baby I love your every way,
Just want to be with you night and day,
Everyday I become closer than the one before,
As you see my barriers I see yours,
Would I be here if it were not for real?
Children speak words that chill,
They do not realise just how much,
I’d be apart of them all,
To be your man is my dream,
Not to be alone any more,
To trade my quiet life,
For one filled with love,
This is my dream so tonight I’ll dream again,
As dreams can stay; never to come
