Almost One
1 January, 1970
Author: Clive B Ringshall
You’re in my thoughts in so many ways,
Like a maze with different routes,
You protect me as I would you,
Like the thorn and rose together we work,
You are my sun as I am the day,
I'm the moon as you reflect my night,
We work in so many ways,
Our friendship walks further than before,
Turned to love did you see when?
Still together we shall be,
Together we'll grow just like the oak tree,
Stronger we'll be when you say yes
