today I'll find an escape
to getaway
and find myself

I have hurt you for far too long
you have your reasons
of why we are not one

I have been alone too long
and I caint be with out you anymore

so I figure if I had to
I might as well
just getaway
and find the person
inside my soul

if there happens to be
one at all
I lived ,I loved
I lost ,I gained
and I loved much more
the second time around
when I meet you

you offered me a world I never knew before
not quite sure yet
if my life begins or ends
all I know is that I have hurt you
as you have shared
that i have done

that is why it is I that is
tryin' to find who I really am deep inside
I know what I will find
I know I will find a lost girl

yet love has touched her in a way so unknown
so beautiful so calm
like a gentle flowing rain
and so touchin' to the soul

still I will find her
hidden deep beneath this heart of mine
so lost and so afraid
to show and share
her love ever again

as she has only for one man
and that man my love is you

Terrie* you will find out where your heart is at. this poem is really good,as i have felt somthing like this, not the same way but i have felt like this before. and the lost girl will not be lost soon enough, you will find out where she has gone. just have faith
