His eyes aren't telling you anything.
Are you sure he's still alive?
Is it too late?
Will he decide his own fate?
Of his thoughts you are deprived.

"Help me please, I need your help"
Is what he really should say.
But as he lies on his bed,
Pillow over his head,
All he says is "go away".

But your eyes don't see the scars,
That say more than words ever will.
The pain is shut,
Within each cut,
Can't you see your child is ill?

All you can do is watch from the sidelines,
As inside he gets more weak.
With nothing left to say,
You turn and walk away,
From the child that just won't speak.

He whispers "help me".
