A Spray Of Constant Change
22 May, 2005
Author: Pondering Red
in front of an open window -
crazy blowing branches,
a spray of tingling rain
splashes
softly drills
onto my face and shoulders.
refreshes me
from the craziness
out there,
in here.
everyone evolving twisting turning
at different times -
separated awarenesses -
separate us,
one from another.
ongoing internal revolutions,
constantly shifting paradigms
make
social revolutions uneven.
the crazy winds know of this
even these acidic rain
droplets
refresh the earth,
splatter some hope,
some realizaton.
refresh us
at our own special times
well into awareness.
the charging flow of opposites
hides nothing
in its universal waters.
it hides much.
the wind blows in circles.
i sip a tea.
swirling cigarette smoke -
dry against the droplets
shaking on the window.
aware now
of the explosive revolution
inside.
