Tonight we ended quicker than we began,
I sit in tears thinking where’d I go wrong?
I said I loved you; always coming from my heart,
I said I’d be yours till the end of time,
Thought I’d done everything right this time,
Where’d I go wrong?
I love you tonight more than before,
I hope you’ll return more than before,
I’ll be here waiting just for you and then,
May time I left you,
I saw in your eyes that you were never with me,
I felt in your arms a love missing,
You ask I not tell you “I love you” anymore,
It hurts you to not feel the same way too,
This will hurt me not to do,
In time you’ll forget all I have said,
Another will replace and say my words,
Never the meaning will be the same,
I love you I always will,
Never stop saying those words to myself,
