Come Back
8 January, 2004
Author: Clive B Ringshall
I know you love me and that makes it hard,
To know you don’t want me next to you,
To love someone so very dear,
Without dying I lost it all,
Round and round my heads in a spin,
I gave all I have with extra thrown in,
8 months along you say this is not for me,
I’m not in love with you this way,
Was it me, I loved to much,
Was it me I pushed so much?
Was it me I lost so much,
Please let’s try harder not to part,
I love you as I fall apart,
What’s worth living for if I cannot share with you?
My tears are you’ll find your way back someday,
Please make it soon,
Don’t ever say I did never love,
The boys will ask; I will never lie
