All I Wanted
25 May, 2005
Author: Shorty
Love is a drug and hate is comforting,
addicted to you and trying not to,
letting go of everything I held so dear,
You're no longer welcome here.
I'm only confused when I think,
My heart only breaks when it's beating,
I only almost cry when I'm breathing,
I can't catch my breath because you were my air.
A dream come true,
Worst nightmare come to life,
It is too hard to live a lie.
You were perfect with flaws,
my puzzle piece that didn't quite fit,
my extacy that was too addicting,
the perfect love I never knew,
All I ever wanted was you.
