Why didn't you just leave me here to die
"because I love you too much"
Then why did you leave me here to cry
A pain so unbearable that just seems to grow
The second I can live without you
My feelings start to show
A sob so soft only I can hear
Alone in the dark with my own worst fear
I lost you like I knew I would
I should have let you go sooner like everyone told me
I would never have let you in if I could
But to go back in time if only for a moment
to stop it all from ever happening, i'd do it
Although me wanting to would be a lie
but to see your face...
Just when i think I can live without you
There you are with your warm embrace
