Week 19

It seems like this runs for more then a week depending on how many people participate. I guess we'll see what happens and just go with the flow. This week's topic is:

A Poem Written for a Child.

Child won't you listen?
Don't go messing with my things
Don't go messing up my bed
Don't go messing with my jewelry

When I grow up
I'll stay up late
I'll scream real loud
I'll lick my plate

When I grow up
I'll bite my nails
I'll own ten dogs
that wag their tails

When I grow up
I'll be real cool
My kids won't have
to go to school

When I grow up
I won't eat meat
Fill up on candy
and all kinds of treats

When I grow up
I'll be a star
I'll drive a really
fancy car

When I grow up
I'll pick my nose
and maybe wipe
it on my clothes

At least we got one really great poem out of it.
